Bellringer   9/30/13 Provide a brief summary of the following links:

1. Their was a plot to bomb the world trade center before 9/11 by blowing up a parking garage and toppling one tower into another. Their were seven bombers,one of which is still at large.

2. An ex-soldier bombed a town with homemade explosives in a truck. He was apprehended 90 minutes afterwards by a state trooper. He and his co-conspirators have been tried and jailed.

3. There was a shutdown of the government in the 90's. The shutdown lasted until Gingrich and his party had accepted their victory, upon which things returned to normal.

What Do They All Have In Common:
All three of these events took place in America during the 90's.
